Delete Your Ghasel WM Account

You can delete your Ghasel WM account and its data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the Ghasel WM app
2. Tap the account icon on the home screen to open My Account
3. Tap Delete my account
4. Confirm when prompted

Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email [support email] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within [number] days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your saved pickup and delivery addresses
• Your login credentials
• Your push notification settings

What is kept

Order records are kept for [number] years to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. These records are anonymised — your name, phone number, and address are removed, so the remaining record is no longer linked to you.

This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored, and you would need to create a new account to order again.
