Terms of Service — Ghasel WM

These terms govern your use of the Ghasel WM mobile app and website, and the laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services we provide. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) Our Service

Ghasel WM provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and pickup and delivery services in [service area — e.g. 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed, Egypt]. Service availability depends on your address being within our delivery area.

2) Your Account

You must provide accurate contact and address information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

You may delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete my account in the app.

3) Placing Orders

Prices shown in the app are per item and are subject to change. The price applied is the price shown when you place your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the items are outside the services we offer, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if we cannot reach you to arrange pickup.

4) Pickup and Delivery

We collect from and deliver to the address you provide. Someone must be available at the agreed time. If we cannot collect or deliver after [number] attempts, we may cancel the order.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.

5) Payment

Payment is made on delivery, in person. We do not take payment inside the app.

6) Your Items

Please check pockets and remove valuables before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in garments.

Some fabrics, dyes, and trims may not survive cleaning. We treat every item with care and follow care labels where present, but we are not liable for damage arising from the nature of the item itself, missing or incorrect care labels, or pre-existing wear and damage.

7) Claims

If something is damaged or missing, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to 20

8) Unclaimed Items

Items not collected or accepted within [number] days of us attempting delivery may be disposed of.

9) Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with it or access it in unauthorised ways.

10) Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

12) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
